Mother Nature seems to have played a little prank on us. What seemed to be an early spring, and the temperature rising, we get nailed by a snow storm and as the picture shows, it was a pretty good amount, but don't fear, snow wont put a halt to farm activity. At the farm today, not only were we surprised by the snow, but I think the animals too judging by the inch thick layer of snow on their backs.
People were busy though along with the volunteers and help that came today. The roads are plowed and everything is shoveled.
Besides the shoveling, all the animals were fed and they seem quite happy, but also the hay was cleaned out. Even with the minor set back, everything is still going here on the farm and people are keeping quite busy.
