It finally happened. . . Summer. The sun is out, the temperatures are up and things are really growing now.
Yesterday we harvested our first icicle radish yesterday (we were actually just testing the crop and boy was it good). We have harvested some herbs for use in our cafe here at the school, and are picking berries (blue and otherwise) for delivery to the local food pantry.
Now that the sun is out it seems that there is little time to get over here to post my thoughts. We will get back here with photos and updates sooner or later.
