The Pearson's Town Farm Project is a collaborative effort of Saint Joseph's College and Bon Appètit Management Company. Our goals are to grow healthy community and healthy food. We desire to educate people about the benefits of organically raised, locally grown foods and how to go about growing, harvesting and storing it for themselves in a sustainable, ecologically sensitive way.
As the farm is built and grows, volunteers, interns and staff will have the opportunity to record their thoughts and experiences, and our progress. Through the months of March and April I will be recording the development of the program here. Please stop by often to catch up on the growth of the farm.
